Indian Tourists Feared Among Passengers as Boat Capsizes Near Vietnam's Phu Quoc Island; Rescue Operations Underway

A major boat accident near Vietnam's Phu Quoc Island has triggered an extensive rescue operation after a vessel carrying 32 tourists capsized in rough sea conditions. Most of the passengers are believed to be Indian tourists. The Indian Embassy has established a control room and issued a helpline number as search operations continue for those missing.

Rescue and relief operations are currently underway at the accident site. Authorities have also launched a search operation to locate those who remain missing after the boat overturned. Initial reports indicate that the vessel capsized due to strong winds over the sea.

Following the incident, the Indian Embassy established a control room to assist affected passengers and their families. The embassy has also issued a helpline number in connection with the accident.

The incident has raised serious concerns as rescue teams continue efforts to trace the missing passengers while emergency response measures remain in progress.
